Linda Rivera, I also like the idea they presented to us that humans did not have to offer their children as sacrifice to appease the gods, and did not have to go to war to capture more humans to be sacrificed to appease the gods, and did not have to join in ceremonies that offered human sacrifice to appease the gods.
We learned that we could prosper without appeasing evil.
That’s one’s a biggie for me.
