So Obama for America could also conceiveably (without actually looking at the federal statutes… I’m an attorney, but I haven’t had time to look into this yet) be in violation of federal election law for receiving contributions under false pretenses as Tony’s shop is not all union. This is all I have right now… I am interested in seeing if there are any non-union workers in Tony’s shop who might want to come forward and possibly influence the course of the presidential primary…
