Civil Liberties apply to all? Under what Authority? Not under U.S Law.
I do agree with you that some of the people in Gitmo were picked up on bogus charges, I do agree with that. But, to say that they deserve the same due process that you and I have here in the U.S., that’s moronic to say the least.
Let’s be honest here Javelin, if these prisoners were sent back to Pakistan, or some other Third World country, they’d be either tortured or killed. But in Gito, atleast they are alive. That’s something the Human (UN One World Government)Rights loons never point out.
