Actually, on second thought, I agree with javelin. The Gitmo inmates should be released under the following program:
1) Sedate all inmates when they arrive
2) While they are sedated, implant a GPS chip deep into their pelvis or head somewhere.
3) When an inmate gets released back to the wild, monitor his movements.
4) When they return to their terrorist buddies, launch a cruise missile at the GPS coordinates.
