Why is the US obliged to gift the prisoners in Gitmo any rights at all? They’re already eligible to be summarily shot for fighting as partisans, without uniforms, according to the Geneva Convention.
You leftist pansies should be happy these animals are still alive. Perhaps we should just follow the Convention, line them up against a wall, shoot them, and then bury them in a mass grave.
