I live in the Bay Area. The only conservative Jews you find here are those from the former USSR and Eastern Europe. They understand evil, having lived in it. They are the most ardent defenders of Israel as many of them have family there.

In contrast, the native born local Jews are the usual “tolerant”, “inclusive” and “sensitive” types.

At San Francisco State University, a hotbed of radical “Palestinians” and their hangers-on, it’s the Russian Jews who won’t be pushed around. “Palestinians” constantly harrass Jewish groups on campus, but it’s the Russian Jews who fight back.
