The ACLU once defended the constitution, now it defends socialism. The ACLU is just one small step away from being Brown Shirts. They wage lawfare instead of warfare, but that is only because they are physical cowards and economic bullies. They will eventually work up the courage to take that small step.
Then, to paraphrase, we will have ‘One small step for man, a giant leap for Fascism’.
