I dare say there is NO one in Congress that can speak in plain language. If I have troble sleeping I just play a re-run of one of Obama’s structured Town Hall meetings. Puts me to sleep immediately. Perhaps the Republican diagram provided to much common sense and the Dems. felt this is not how to reach the American people.
