Alan– what folks like you fail to mention every time the issue of “warrantless wiretapping” comes up is that the surveillance in the case referenced was limited to overseas contacts with terror suspects. There’s a big difference between that and arbitrarily eavesdropping on calls between two innocent Americans within our borders. Big difference.
