Why Trade U.S.’s Health Care Problem for Britain’s Catastrophe?

If England’s system is such a catastrophe, why is it that they rank lower than us in deaths due to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc, etc. Could it be that people will actually seek help if they can afford it?
