Count 1 Wrong! Count 2 Wrong! Count 3 Wrong! A federal judge was always in place to either agree or deny each legal act to protect the US. Never was there a case alleging any wrong doing-i.e., the ACLU never lodged a complaint. Padilla had his day in court.
