The Vice President, unfortunately for America, actually is a dunce. He is incapable of public speaking without gaffeing. He is full of false bravado and swagger. He IS Barney Fife. He is also Colonel Klink. If I were diffusing a bomb, and Biden told me to cut the red wire, I would cut the blue one. 65 out of 67 in his class at Syracuse Law School. Subject to review by the law school’s disciplinary commitee for plagarism. Begged forgiveness and they let him stay. He didn’t learn a thing from that experience as he plagerized again as a Presidential candidate in 1988. A certified lunkhead, and he is a heartbeat away from becoming President.
