So we are going to sacrifice these individuals’ right to due process as Texas engages in what amounts to a collective judgment and punishment? You may save some girls from being sexually molested that way, but you will accomplish that by a precedent that would only serve to damn due process rights in Texas for any parent who for any reason, falls into CPS’ crosshairs.
