While drugs are one aspect of the black market, we find much of the black market selling stolen products. Could it be that we should get rid of property rights? Perhaps we should be rid of regulations as well, since much of what can be bought on the black market are items deemed dangerous, improperly labeled, or failed at quality control checks. Where we to be rid of property rights, quality control and regulations, then there’ll be nothing black to market and the War on Terror will be won.
