Culturally inept? Hey, if they can develop alternative sources of energy that can get us off Saudi oil and make us the new leader in energy development and production, I don’t care if they walk around with their underwear on the outside of their pants.
Frankly, I’m just glad that scientists are no longer going to have their studies thrown in the garbage simply because they contradicted Bush’s fundamentalist evangelical anti-science, anti-environment mumbo jumbo.
