I hope you are right but I fear that the sheer numbers of the government employed class and the government entitled class will prove overwhelming in the next election. The media too will, as Obama’s, Pelosi’s and Reid’s policies continue to fail, ratchet up the cheerleading out of sheer desperation and an unwillingness to admit they enabled a demagogue to become president. Younger voters, no matter how bad it gets for them, in the short run will continue to vote for leftists.
I think it will take massive amounts of pain to get large blocks of voters to open their eyes and that may not happen by 2010 even though I hope it does. The mantra of “it’s all Bush’s fault” still runs strong through the land. When will the failures become finally identified with Obama and the Democrats? I wish I knew.
