I have listened and watched the news for two days now, almost nonstop. I tried not to form an opinion of Rev. Wright, wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt. But after listening to his harsh words for America and for white men, then having pastor after black pastor affirm that they felt nearly the same. Well, I am of the opinion that black men must hate us. It makes me so very sad. I really thought after so many years, (I am a youth of the 60′s) that we had made some strides in our relationships. This will not bode well for Obama. This too is very sad, because I find myself wondering, does Obama feel the same animosity towards white men and the government that Rev. Wright feels?
