Wright and Sharpton are sabotaging Obama because he’s more useful to them as a failed presidential candidate than as a president.
If Obama is elected, it proves the U.S. isn’t the racist hellhole that Wright says it is. But if Obama loses, Wright can shout “My brothers and sisters, we have our work cut out for us! Give me more money so I can buy a bigger mansion in an even whiter neighborhood!”
And his idiot follows will say, “Preach it, Reverend! Here’s $100. God bless you.”
Wright’s performance at the Press Club this morning may as well have been scripted by the Ku Klux Klan. He presented himself as every horrific, off-putting stereotype imaginable, like something out of “Birth of a Nation.”
This is no accident. He wants white America to reject Obama. That keeps Wright rolling in cash for the rest of his life.
