I have found it is generally more accurate to attribute evil consequences to stupidity rather than evil intentions. The human race has sufficient stupidity to explain almost all of the evil observed in the world. I said almost, not all.
Obama is reputed to be intelligent. I see no demonstrable evidence of that, just his say-so. No transcripts or any other documents have been released that would support that or even that he is an American citizen. The fact that three law firms have been engaged to deal with his birth certificate issues when the matter could be swiftly and completely resolved by release of those documents strongly suggests that something is being covered up. I don’t assume that as fact but spending large amounts of money fighting these things is a bit suspicious to this old guy.
I don’t believe scuttlebutt (unsubstantiated rumors for you non-Navy folks). I do believe in transparency. This administration claims to support transparency. If this is true, why are so many trivial matters hidden.
I worked for the federal government after a military career and a second career in industry. When I called for outside(private) verification of certain regulatory practices, I was opposed at every step. I did finally succeed in my limited area but had to retire due to age and health. I would love to see transparency and accountability at all levels of government but must pass the torch to younger people.
