Best not to delve too deeply into the false consciousness of those who oppose “cap and trade” (eh.. if only it did not use that odious term – “trade”). Perhaps if it is applied broadly enough, the um,…”removal” of the traitors from the food chain may reduce the problems of too many resources being used.
