I am also very concerned about this situation. I wrote a post on my site called, “What Of The Children” and I speak of my own experience growing up in an orphanage. The affects that a child is faced with and will be faced with…when they are taken from their parents.
This is not to say that those children who were abused should not have been taken from their abusers. However, I do think there were a lot of parents, especially mothers, who loved and cared for their children.
