I really think the ball is in the GOP’s court and not only Palin’s. With Obama now fumbling at every turn and with Colin Powell now feeling queasy enough to question Obama’s decisions, it’s ours for the taking. The question remains as to if we can get behind one candidate this early in the game or not. I say we should wait a while. Why rush things? Let Obama continue to ratchet up the deficit and let the unemployment rates rise to 10%. Then the undecided who unfortunately decided “Obama” at the last minute will realize the folly of their ways. I see it happening around me daily.
That’s a huge dose of reality I can live with. Better days await us friends.
