This article is a good contrast to the absurd opinions expressed yesterday by Jazz Shaw. But it doesn’t go far enough. I personally would prefer to see Palin as Mitt Romney’s running mate, however Palin attracts crowds like Obama attract flies. Palin will build an organization which will propel her to the GOP nomination and the Presidency. She will be a major factor in the 2010 midterms as she draws crowds and contributions to the candidates she supports. In the meantime she will be writing a book and developing expertise in economics and foreign policy.
You can expect a much more effective and professional campaign than the pathetic effort of Team McCain.
Yesterday’s proactive warning to the NYT and WP not to publish lies that she resigned because she is under criminal investigation arising from the construction of the arena in Wasila is an example of her understanding that Republicans can’t sit back and allow these propaganda engines of the Democratic Party to go unchallenged.
And it’s not too late to say that Obama will not be re-elected. The seeds of economic stagflation have already been planted. The Obama economy will get worse over the next three years. And as the globe continues to cool the idiocy of Cap And Trade will be clear to all.
