This comment and many others by the likes of elitists like Frum, Krauthammer, Brooks, etc. etc. etc. are just wishful thinking. I’m thinking that by this time next year, when these folks are noting the thousands of enthusiastic Republicans and independents flocking to hear her campaign speeches in support of Rubio, Toomey, and other genuine conservatives, serious cases of heartburn will be starting to set in. And when the GOP recaptures the House and dramatically narrows the ‘rat lead in the Senate in November 2010, and Zero’s popularity rating is approaching the unemployment rate, Sarah will get a lot of the credit, and will be well on her way to blow-out victories in Iowa and South Carolina primaries in the Spring of 2012.
