A sub-four (hour) marathon is no mean feat. It is running a mile in 9:10 26 and one-fifth consecutive times. As an “ordinary” person (i.e., one with no gift for long-distance running) one has to work hard to break four. Usually, the first two or three marathons you turn in are well over four hours and then the time begins to drop. But, iIt takes perseverence and dedication to get your P/R below four.
Like to see the Smoker-in-Chief do that.
