“Let’s be honest with ourselves. The Republican Party is not now and never has been known to favor the minorities.”
Take a step back here. Don’t forget, it was the Republicans that forced Civil rights down LBJ’s throat, he did not really want to do it.
It is and always has been the Dims who have pulled the race card out at the first sign of possible failure, not the Republicans or for that matter any true Conservatives.
