“All of them out rank us in the performance of health care systmes.”

BULLSH1T!

There is the data, from a liberal biased source, the UN.
Now prove your absurd claim.
The ONLY data category that the USA isn’t among the 6 best in is firearms deaths, which is skewed by the UN NOT counting people murdered by the state. If one Private citizens shoots another, the UN sees it as a bad thing. If the State police murder a few dozen citizens, it doesn’t count.
That should be a clue, which you desperately need.

I really got a laugh out of France being on that list;

http://www.usatoday.com/weather/news/2003-09-25-france-heat_x.htm

14,802 French citizens died of heat stroke.
“The new estimate comes a day after the French Parliament released a harshly worded report blaming the deaths on a complex health system, widespread failure among agencies and health services to coordinate efforts, and chronically insufficient care for the elderly.”

Sounds like a wonderful health system, doesn’t it?
I have an idea. If you are so darn crazy about the French ‘health care system’ ( yes, those are sneer quotes) why don’t you move to France? That seems easier to me then moving part of France here.
