What a shabbily written article. Of course moron Republican officials shouldn’t make bigoted statements like this, but the fact is, almost no-one has heard of these incidents. The national Republican Party certainly needs to reach out to minorities in a genuine way, but obsessing over some random idiot’s Facebook message as the cause for some mass exodus of blacks from conservatism – as opposed to, say, the first black Presidential nominee – is ludicrous.
