Lastly, the ‘No Child Left Behind’ program concocted by Ted Kennedy and come to fruition by Bush.. is a disaster!
There ARE children ‘Left Behind’ so to speak regarding due to the family dynamic having parents who possess or are)little education, b)not english speaking, c) incarcerated, d)single parent, etc.,
Ahhh, Government-run education – what a joke.
