Any Republican who’s able to effectively argue the merits of free market and limited government to minorities will gain ground.
Most immigrants aren’t pleased with the strict government regulation on smoking (they’re champion smokers). Immigrants in California who sell ethnic foods in markets and restaurants aren’t exactly thrilled with the government’s grading system. Not a few minority business owners employ non unionized mexican workers, sometimes paying them in cash to avoid taxes, and often break laws here and there to save money.
