The Maoists in Nepal are now in power and have said that any protest there will be dealt with severely. They have lined up police and security men to shoot down protesters if need be !!!!
Pro-Chinese people recently beat a Japanese family for protesting against the relay in Kaulalumpar. Other protesters were arrested by the police.
In India, China has used its influence to silence the protesters too.
This is the true face of communism – terror and lack of re-dress. No one is allowed to say anything against them. The relay has provided a rare opportunity for people to protest about things China continues to suppress at home and abroad.
