Men cheat because they are filthy perverts with corrupted minds. Most men went sex with hot women whenever possible, but being in a position of power makes it a lot easier.
It also doesn’t help that our media and education system tell eveyone there’s no absolute right and wrong and that it’s great if you want to sleep with anyone you choose.
So why wouldn’t a man in power cheat?
