Seems not only that your writing is poor, but your reading comprehension is practically nonexistent. Go back and reread what I wrote. At this point there is nothing new to add to it, as you are merely proving my points with your drivel.
I will, however, assert that I still do not buy your age, but if you are that old you are a sad case. If you are 49 you are headed into an age bracket that really does not tolerate your sort of nonsense at all. You know, people with their own business, or senior level people in their professions: accomplished people own property and have grand-kids–you know, the sort of things that you do not and will never have; the sort of people that you envy,
I imagine that your “management” is younger than you are.
The over 50 crowd is much not interested in how losers rationalize their failures and mediocrity. They hear this from their younger employees all the time, particularly in the exit interviews. If you are really 49, you are about to become a cautionary tale. You will not like this much.
