the banal observation that idiots may be found throughout the political spectrum (or did you really mean just at the ends??) should not distract this particular thread from its focus on the peculiarly vindictive variety located among the Hollywood left. And the reason for its virulence is because it is ideology emanating from personal, narcissistic need, not from principle. when you challenge a hollywood leftie, you necessarily (in their mind) challenge their right to think highly of themselves with predictable results.
