When you go to the BoJ homepage you need to go to table 42 and remember …… this is very important ….. hispanics are under the white category. This is by no means scientific but to low ball the crime rate for hispanics I just take 17 % from the white category ( I know its higher ) as that is the % they are of the U.S. population over all.
