You need a pardon to get into Heaven.
Hmmm, a pardon from whom, myth buster ?
Me, myself & I wouldn’t be seeking a “pardon” from any other mortal being, in whatever official or unofficial capacity.
Maybe after due diligence, soul searching & brutal honesty with oneself, “God” grants a pardon and sorrow & confusion are lifted.
A felon can receive a pardon from a governor or a president, I guess, but that is very external and, in my eyes, does nothing to expunge the crime, especially in the absence of true contrition inside the human heart.
In other words, Mark Rich is still a scum bag
