The amswer is a good butt-whuppin’. The oppressed should don masks amd put a beatdown on the Dean with a warning to back off. It’s the only thing such petty tyrants understand. They only do these things, because they feel confident of their power. They hide behind the power of the system. There’s no risk to their personal hide. A good old schoolyard asswhuppin’ would stop this nonsense dead in its tracks. Make it PERSONAL!
