Dear The Shadow: “Competition”, pah. You funny, but then you knew that. 
You and I both know there is no competition where there is an entity that has demonstrated it feels it has endless, albeit non-existent, resources at its disposal..
If a company the size of Time Warner feels they must sue to remain competitive with the government of (little ol’) Wilson, NC, it doesn’t take rocket science to picture the competitive aspects of going up against the entire government of the United States of America.
Remaining disturbing to these Fingertips is the claim that those creating this monstrosity will have no problems cutting corners, oops, bringing “their” policy under $$ control.. They and I both know EXACTLY where they intend to do that, and they themselves have made no bones about it either on any given day..
Health care rationing.. I.e. the denial of care to those vulnerable populations, more specifically our seniors and persons with disabilities whom a preordained, self-selected elite group will pick and choose amongst as to who deserves to breathe one further breath of air..
And who does not.
This is not some conspiracy theory.. This is what they plan..
Not acceptable.
