The case is even clearer than this with Governor Sanford. There is ample evidence that he was not doing his duty. His whereabouts was unknown to his staff,and he aparently used public money from the state of South Carolina to pay for his trip to Argentina. For myself like many conservatives,with deepests regrets,but he must go.
