The islamists provide daily examples of their rapacious destructiveness and their readiness to lie, in any way needed, to disarm their victims and the potential defenders of their victims.
It’s headline news on a daily basis — and there’s nothing subtle about it.
What is worse is that the western world is only 60 years out from the battle with nazism and fascism, and even fewer years out from the murderous excesses of the likes of Mao and Pol Pot.
It’s too fresh and too easy to see.
One has to allow for the possibility that people who are apologizing and lobbying for the jihaddis do so out of hate and an appetite for destruction and suffering.
I.e. that they are just plain rotten on the inside.
I.e. beyond the proper tolerance of civilized people.
