Because if you do, they’ll begin talking insurance and liability, permits and all sorts of other things. Now the downside to this is you’re guaranteed to see some police. The upside is the publicity. If a few thousand people in 20+ cities nationwide provoked a police response on the 4th of July. You’ll be noticed. Do it with some regularity and you’ll become a movement.
