So where were you when George Bush and the GOP Congress doubled the debt during a period of growth.
Complaining about the spending…that’s where we were. Where are you you when the CBO projects Obama’s spending to make Bush look like a miser?
Pretending that it’s OK because “Bush did it first”. Pathetic. If Bush’s spending was wrong, then Obama’s is astronomically more so…especially since the vast bulk of that spending has nothing to with “stimulating” anything other than unions and welfare rolls.
Or started an unnecessary war the got us nothing but another $1 trillion in debt (and still counting), 4,500 killed, and 30,000 wounded and maimed.
Yeah…Bush really went CRAZY on defense spending!
Or when Bush and co. sat idly with the banks and Wall Street sole trillions.
Yeah…cuz stuff like this didn’t have anything to do with it. Note especially the spike in 1996, which just so happens to be one year after Obama represented ACORN in it’s successful drive to have the CRA revised in order to force those evil “banks” to make millions of loans to people who couldn’t afford them.
