Don’t recall anyone stating you don’t have the right to protest. It’s just a wingnut fantasy in their playing the victim routine.
No one likes the additional debt. No one. I don’t know where you’ve been but Bush left us an economic catastrophe, the worst since the great depression, and most economists agreed that the stimulus package was the quickest and best way to handle it. I agree.
Your George Bush and the GOP are the ones who nearly “slayed” the United States. A trillion dollar unnecessary war, doubled the debt in a period of growth, and the worst job losses since the depression. And the voters threw their asses out. Your group had your chance. And bungled it monumentally.
