This much is clear to any objective and dispassionate observer: Barack Obama is a follower and not a leader. He frankly has no idea what to do next. Obama will simply look at the polling data and place his wet finger into the air. He instinctively believes that America is responsible for much of the grief throughout the world. Thus, Obama inevitably gravitates toward policies premised on appeasement. Everybody will supposedly like the United States if we only go out of our way to be nice.
