A very touching story, and thats all it is. Where is the logic? It tugs the heart strings of people but is that grounds to change the stance people have had on marriage for thousands of years? Whenever one minority is given special rights superceding those of others, then people are no longer equal. By giving homosexuals a special right to marriage we are opening a doorway that I fear will be difficult nigh impossible to close. Where would the special rights end?
