Iraq didn’t have much to do with Al Qaeda (although there was some contact), but its cruel oppression at the hands of Saddam Hussein (and similar states) had everything to do with Islamic terrorism. The Mullahs are now facing what happens when people are inspired by example to freedom…envy of liberty so to speak.
And don’t give me that Obama Cairo speech bullshit. It meant nothing in the scheme of things…other than the Iranian people realized they wouldn’t get any help from us.
