Il Duce is far from mentally ill. All of his policies have hidden agendas – for instance, Healthcare reform.
If any substantial portion of Baby Boomers survive into their 80′s they will bankrupt the nation. The only politically feasible way to kill them off is by denying healthcare when they get their first elder illness. European style healthcare fits the bill admirably.
Il Duce is smart, too. Don’t expect to see his reform program with a truthful title like, “The Die Boomer Die Act of 2009.”
