You have to be the smallest, most petty person – with the most shrunken heart and dishonest intellect to have to find fault with Bush on AIDS and Africa, or to find fault with what he has done to combat Malaria in that country.
It sort of reminds me of another time the left was incredibly childish and ungenerous:
