The average American, who is oblivious to the existential threat of Islam to Western Civilization, needs to wrap his/her mind around two facts. (1) Jesus died for his beliefs-Mohammed made everybody else die for his. (2) Every major religion espouses some version of the Golden Rule-except Islam.
