Reverend Lee’s Response Sounds Like The Protocols of the Elders of Zion
I hate to say it, but I’m with Pat. Rev Lee’s anger is rooted in frustration with the failures of African Americans at large. Rev. Lee would like to believe these are the fault of Jews. Or whites in general. Or America. Or capitalism. Or whatever.
But at heart, Rev. Lee knows, as everyone with eyes can see, that the problems of the black community–or the lack thereof–are in good part internal. May even be characterized as self-inflicted.
Demonic, blue eyed Patricia says African Americans need to grow up. Sounds condescending but its on the money.
Rev. Lee needs to stop selling absolution to his congregation by blaming others for their own sins. In place of the gospel of hate, Rev. Lee needs to preach the gospel of responsibility. Discipline. Temperance.
As for Jews, they need to stop trying to help black people. Butt out of African American affairs. The unctious, nosy rabbi Rev. Lee complains about helps neither Jews nor blacks. Any Jew with time and money to contribute can find outlets closer to home.
If I read Rev. Lee right, he’s saying that African Americans want to help themselves. By themselves. No Jews need apply. Well, this Jew’s with you, Brothuh Lee. Right on.
